An Oklahoma hospital must pay $1 million to country music artist Garth Brooks for failing to build a women's health center in honor of his mother. Jurors on the evening of Tuesday, January 24, 2012 ruled that the hospital must return Brooks' $500,000 donation plus pay him $500,000 in punitive damages.
